At DRYF, our mission is to enhance the lives of urban, underprivileged youth through engaging, educational, and recreational programs that strengthen both minds and bodies. Through our Numerical Nets initiative, we combine the excitement of basketball with foundational math skills, using the power of play to promote academic success and personal growth. 

Our core model features peer-led teams centered on mentorship and fellowship, employing youth from our programs and pairing them with dedicated community champions for tutoring, work skills training, and holistic support. We’re building confident learners, skilled athletes, and future leaders—one shot and one equation at a time.
