DRYF is committed to developing our mission of enhancing the lives of urban, underprivileged youth through targeted recreation and education interventions to curb behaviors that contribute to negative social outcomes.  

 We deliver our mission when we execute our core model which consists of peer-led teams focused on mentorship and fellowship- we employ our program’s youth and partner them with community champions for mentoring, tutoring and academic enrichment, and work skills training.
